Introductory meeting

If you are anxious to learn how I can assist you, please contact me. After our first telephone conversation, we schedule an introductory meeting of 45 minutes, which is free of charge. During this meeting at your home or workplace, we determine what you would like to change.

Subsequently, I will explain how I can be of service and provide you with a fee estimate. You can choose between individual coaching, a group training or workshop or participating in an online program. This way, there is always a form to suit your preference and your budget. If we decide to work together, we determine the next step. 

As a professional organizer, my priority is to listen to you.This way, I can best meet your wishes and needs. I maintain strict confidentiality, as part of the professional code I adhere to, and am non-judgemental. No one will hear from me what we discuss together.

Session

During a session, at home or at the workplace, I assist you in making choices. I combine a practical approach with coaching. You learn techniques that you can use yourself, to enjoy lasting results. You set the pace. You will be amazed of how much we can achieve together in a short time. Together we create space. My NBPO-membership guarantees quality and professionalism.

Are you motived to get started together and would you like to achieve results quickly? I recommend one of the following packages for private individuals. For corporate clients, I will be happy to prepare a tailor-made fee quote.

Hourly rate

It is also possible to schedule sessions at an hourly rate.

A session takes a minimum of 1.5 hours. At the end of a session, you decide whether you want to schedule another one and, if so, after how much time. You can decide the number of sessions yourself. In the meantime, you can practise the techniques you learn. The more time and energy you spend on homework assignments that we coordinate together, the faster you will achieve results. The standard hourly rate of MARY regelt het wel.nl® for professional organising is:

€ 69 for private individuals (including VAT)*
€ 69 for self employed individuals (excluding VAT)*
€ 90 for companies (excluding VAT)*

*) including small organising materials, travel costs and travel time within a 30 km radius. Traveling outside of this region,  0,19 per kilometer and the applicable hourly rate is charged in accordance with the distance calculated on Google Maps. The rates are valid until 1 January 2022. The General Terms and Conditions of the NBPO are applicable to my services.

Advantages

Reimbursement

You do not always have to pay for our cooperation out of your own pocket. Read below if there is another possibility.

Employer
A healthy and organized employee makes a valuable contribution. Many employers therefore invest in the development of their employees. A coaching program can be paid for from the training budget or form part of a reintegration program (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter). Discuss the options with your employer.

Personal Budget (PGB)
Holders of a Personal Budget (PGB) with an indication for ‘individual guidance’ can pay for the services of a professional organizer out of this budget. You can find up-to-date information about PGB on the Regelhulp website or via your Social Neighbourhood Team.

Entrepreneur
If we work together to contribute to your entrepreneurship, it is deductible as business expenses for self-employed persons. For more information, visit the website of the Dutch Tax Authorities. In addition, in some cases it is possible to reclaim coaching expenses to prevent burnout to your disability insurance. Contact your insurer to check this in your case.

Do not only consider what working together will cost you, but also what the added value of our cooperation would mean to you. If you treat the stuff you own more consciously, you will buy fewer things. You can also earn money by selling superfluous items. And piece of mind is of course invaluable  😉
